Peel Police Search for 4th Suspect After Alleged Road Rage Incident in Brampton

Peel Police in Brampton are actively searching for a fourth suspect following an alleged road rage incident that occurred on Torbram Road near Eagleridge Drive. The incident involved a gold-coloured Hyundai Sonata with the Ontario licence plate CXHK981 and resulted in the victim’s vehicle being damaged and threats made against them.

Incident Details

The victim, while driving in Brampton, had an “interaction” with the occupants of the Hyundai Sonata. Four men confronted the victim, leading to threats being allegedly made and the victim’s vehicle being damaged. Fortunately, no injuries were reported by the victim or the other occupants of their vehicle.

Arrests and Charges

On April 2, Peel Police arrested and charged three individuals in connection with the incident. A 28-year-old man from Caledon faces charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, mischief over $5,000, and uttering threats. Additionally, a 23-year-old man from Caledon and a 28-year-old man from Brampton have also been charged with mischief over $5,000.

Search for Fourth Suspect

Peel Police are actively searching for a fourth male suspect who is approximately six feet tall. The suspect was last seen wearing a grey baseball cap, a black graffiti hooded sweatshirt with “Jordan 33” written in red, dark-coloured pants, and red-and-white low-top Jordan sneakers. Investigators believe the fourth suspect is evading police and are encouraging him to seek legal counsel and turn himself in.
